1. What methods of payment do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards and our store gift cards.

2. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

3. How long will it take to get my order?

  • Your package should arrive within 7-15 days after you place your order please view our shipping policy.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • You will only be able to cancel your order if it has not been processed. Processing usually takes 1-2 days. If the package has already been shipped we will return/ exchange/ store credit once the item has been returned to us, inspected and processed. Return/ exchange/ store credit can be initiated through our refund policy.

5. My discount code is not working, what do I do?

  • We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code.

6. I have not received my discount code, what do I do?

  • If you did not receive your discount code after 24 hours, please contact us at support@babybearboo.com

7. How can I check the status of my order?

  • You will be notified when your package ships and you can check the status of your package in the email.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

9. What should I do if my order is damaged?

  • We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition. Please contact us at support@babybearboo.com so we can assist.

10. Why did I only receive part of my order?

  • Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship separately. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance at support@babybearboo.com.
